At JT Music Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'like-new' condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
